Green State Credit Union Open Account – Before Logging In
You will need the following information to enroll in online banking with GreenState:
- Membership number
- Social Security number
- Date of Birth
Note: The information submitted must correspond to the primary (1st) member listed on the account.
Follow these easy steps:
- From our home page at greenstate.org, click Sign In then Enroll link
- The Online Banking Subscription Account Verification screen opens. Enter all the required information and click Continue.
- A new browser window will open indicating that you have successfully signed up for Online Banking. Write down your temporary strong passwords as you will need it to log in to complete the registration process. Follow the link that says Click here to continue the log-in accounts credit card processing
- You will be directed to a page where you are to select the delivery method of your Secure Access Code (phone, text, or email message).

- Once you receive your Secure Access Code, enter it on the access code screen and click Submit.
- Enter the code and click submit. Note: The secure access code is valid for only 15 minutes. If it expires, you must request a new one.
- Once your access code has been accepted, you will be asked if you want to register your device. If you register your device, you won’t have to generate a new secure passcode when using that device in the future.

- Now you can change your password. Enter the temporary password when the old password is requested. For your protection, you must create a password that meets the established security requirements. Click Submit. Once the popup opens, click OK to confirm
- Enter the new password and click submit
- A read-only online profile screen will open for your review. It will be grayed out and you will not be able to make any changes at this time. However, please pay attention to any contact information you want to change in the future. Once you have accessed online banking, you will be able to make corrections on the Update Personal Information screen. Click Submit and then click OK to continue.
- Please review the information displayed on the welcome screen for the first time log-in user as it contains the Online Banking Services Agreement. Read the content and indicate your agreement to the terms by clicking I Accept.

Use The Online Payment Center
Our Online Payment Center allows you to make a loan payment with a non-GreenState debit card or bank account.
Payments made with your non-GreenState account/routing numbers (ACH/electronic check) are free, and payments made with a debit card are subject to a $10.00 fee.
The Online Payment Center does not accept credit cards.
How To Register
- Go to the Online Payment Center
- Enter your green state credit union account number and latest social security numbers, then click SEARCH.
- Hover over the loan you want to repay and click Register.
- Enter the required information and click REGISTER.
NOTE: When a loan is posted to QuickPay, all other loans under the same account number are automatically posted. (Excluding mortgages/credit cards).
You are now registered with QuickPay and can start making payments if you wish.
- Go to the Online Payment Center
- Select Already registered? Sign in here.
- Enter your email address and 4-digit PIN and click SIGN IN.
You are now logged in and can make your loan payments.
How To Make A One-Time Payment
- Sign in to the Online Payment Center
- Choose the loan you want to pay by selecting LOG IN.
- Select Make a payment.
- Enter the amount you wish to pay, select the payment method, then select NEXT – REVIEW PAYMENT.
- ACH/electronic check payments are free and debit card payments are $10.00
- Review the payment and select CONFIRM to submit.
- The payment has been sent and will immediately post to the loan.
- If you pay by ACH/electronic check deposit accounts, the account will be deposited in 1-2 business days (however, the payment will be posted to the loan immediately).
