A student’s online school account can only be created by the learning coach assigned to the student. The learning coach has the ability to create a separate connection for all their students, regardless of their grade level.

The school’s online student account setup can be completed immediately after creating the Learning Coach account. Follow the below steps to set up the student account from the Learning Coach acc creation confirmation page:

1. Choose the “Set up a student account” button
2. You will arrive on the student acc configuration page. Select your student’s name in the left column of the screen to begin.
3. Create or select your student’s username: You can click the Suggest username button to use the automatically generated username for your student. 
4. Create your student’s password: ensure that it is easy to remember and is at least 8 characters long. You have to repeat the password to confirm that the system records the supplied data entered correctly.
5. When done, select the “Save” button to capture the info you selected and then click “Continue”

How To Recover A Forgotten Username Or Password?
