About MiWAM (Michigan Web Account Management)
The Michigan Web Account Manager (MiWAM) is the Talent Investment Agency’s (TIA) online system for managing your unemployment account electronically. It makes doing business with the agency simpler, faster and more efficient.
MiWAM allows you to perform routine transactions such as filing claims, certifying benefits, viewing correspondence, and updating your unemployment claim info online. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Create a MiWAM account
If you are a new user and have not yet created. Follow the simple steps below to register:
- On the sign-in page, click “Sign up”
