- If you haven’t received a PIN via SMS, please double-check your cell phone no. If your student profile on campus has changed, please up-date it.
- If you are unable to login, your account may be disabled or locked out. To unlock your account, contact customer service at info@intellimali.co.za.
Step 2: After Logging In, Select Accounts, then Account Details From The Menu Bar
- Checking that your email address is correct. It will receive a verification email. If this field is empty, please fill it out.
- If it is incorrect, send an e-mail to customer service with the correct e-mail address so that it can be corrected.
Step 3: The Loaded Allowance Is Shown First, Followed By A Section For Banking Information.
This will be empty if your information has not yet been entered.
Step 4: Fill Out The Required Fields
- The fields include Account Holder, Bank Name, Account’s Number, Account’s Type.
- If you have a Nedbank account, even if it is a savings account, please select “Cheque” as the account’s type.
Step 5: Go To The Bottom Left Of The Page And Click The Save Changes Button.
When you click this button, a warning will appear. IMPORTANT: DO NOT CLICK THE “Delete Pending Verification” BUTTON.
Step 6: You Will Receive An Email With A Verification Link.
- To finish registering your bank’s details, open your email and click the verification link.
- You must be logged into your account to see the verification link.
- Following verification, the warning will be removed.
Step 7: You will receive an SMS on the phone number
- You have one file to confirm that the bank information has been changed.
- The SMS is meant to notify you that your bank information has changed. This is only a problem if you do not up-date your bank information.

- When you visit an Intellicard merchant, you can also request a balance inquiry. The retailer will then ask you to swipe your student card and enter your PIN. The point-of-sale device will print a slip with your balance.
