If you are a new user, follow the steps below to create an account quickly and successfully today and make sure you already read the terms of use carefully before starting this process.
- On the sign-in page, click register user to create or click this link
- In this step, choose one of two options “I have a registration passcode” or “I don’t have a registration passcode”
- Next, if you already had a passcode, just need to fill in it the field. If you haven’t had one, please provide your Company ID, SSN and date of birth.

How to recover a forgotten password?
Paylocity allows their customer to change account information anytime if they forgot them, below is what should you do to recover the password login integrated Integrated HR & Payroll
- Go to the recovery web
- Now you need to provide your company ID login, username, phone or email
- Indicate that I’m not a robot by checking the reCAPTCHA box
- After that click the Continue button
- On the next screen, answer the login challenge question and fill in the new password
- Verify it again
- Click the “Finish” button

NOTE: Only registered users with a working phone number or email address maintained in the system will be able to successfully reset their password. One-Time Passcodes are delivered to the user’s phone number or email address.
