The requirements before accessing the Tekmetric account 

• Please ask the shop operator for your login password.
• Always use a properly working internet connection that provides continuous coverage.
• For best compatibility, you can use any device with a Chrome web browser. You can also use Mozilla Firefox and Apple Safari.

1. Visit the website portal and read carefully the terms of the privacy policy
2. There is a link in the top menu. Then click on https://www.tekmetric.com/ to open the page.
3. The screen will appear on the next page (as shown below).
4. Enter your email address and password in this form and click the Login button to sign in to your dashboard page.

Steps to reset the Tekmetric forgot password

In case a shop staff has forgotten the password, check the following steps to create a new password easily.

1. Visit the Tekmetric page and click the Forgot Password link in the form. A password reset form will appear as shown image below.
2. Enter your information, and email address, complete the Captcha confirmation, and click on the “Reset Password” button.
3. You will receive an email to your email address with a link to reset your password. 
4. Open your email inbox, click the password reset link and create a new password

How to activate a new Tekmetric account?

1. New employees must activate before signing up.
2. An activation link is given to all new hires and is valid for 24 hours.
3. Check your email and press the activation and activate it.
4. If you do not activate, a new activation will be required. The store admin can re-send a new activation at any time by visiting the Employee Profile section.
