- In the top right corner of the screen, click the “LOGIN” icon

Reset username
Before TSB’s bank provides you with your User ID, please give your details below so we can confirm that you are making this request:
- On the sign-in page, choose to get the words “Recover User ID?”
- Please enter: First name, Last name, Date of birth, Account type, Sort Code and Account Number in the blank rectangles
- Please “Submit” and wait for the bank’s reply to be sent to you
Recover Password
If you have not logged in within the past 18 months, you may need to re-register for online banking, please provide us with your details first so that they can confirm that you need:
- At the sign-on page, choose “Forgotten your password and memorable information?” inscription
- You will be redirected to a new page, now enter all required information in the spaces provided
- Click “Continue” and continue to do a few more operations, after a few minutes you will receive a new pass

Register for a new TSB banking account
The registration process is very simple and only takes about 5 minutes, but to register for a TSB electronic banking account, you must have:
- Checking account, savings account, credit card, mortgage, or other loan aged 18 or older
- If you are 16 or 17, please provide a checking or savings account
- Current accounts between 11 and 15 years old
- Joint account holders must apply separately
