1. Go to the website by clicking this URL: eprg.wellmed.net then click on “Login” button. It will navigate to a new page 

2. Enter your One Healthcare ID or email address and password.

3. In the last step click on “Sign in” button to access and manage your account

To access the WellMed provider portal, you must register and have an account with them.

1. Click on “Create one healthcare ID” located the addition options 

2. Fill in the blanks such as firstname, last name, year of birth, email address, one healthcare ID

3. Besides, you need to type a password and confirm it. After that click on “I agree” to accept the terms of use and website privacy, policy.
